Calipip’s Shopping Mall

Each Shop/Store has it’s own Toilet and Small Staffroom. There’s an indoor and an outdoor Play Area for the children, as well as an entertainment area upstairs which includes 3x Pinball Machines, 2x Arcade Machines and a Pool Table.

Helpful INFO:
I tried to put Cars/Vehicles in the parking spaces for decoration but they won’t stay there once you change the Lot to a Community Lot, so they are left empty. For anyone interested in having Cars/Vehicles in those spaces, you can download some Cars/Vehicles that are created as statues and will stay there as a decoration for a more authentic look…. Get them here: Car Statue Collection
Note: Cars shown in the below image are NOT included in the Shopping Mall. They are only for an example of what it looks like if you add Cars/Vehicles.

This home was designed to house the Newson Orphans that comes with your Sims 2 game (not sure what pack they came in though).

Total cost: 134,762 – Fully furnished.

Re: Furnished apartments: To be able to rent them furnished you’ll need to use a mod which can be found at Mod The Sims called Enable “Rent Furnished Apartment”
