This house can be used a few different ways. It’s basically two houses in one, but if you have Apartment Life, then you can turn it into 2 apartments by changing the front doors over to the Apartment doors and changing the Lot Zone.
I had this house in mind for a large family where the grandparents are living with their children. With the 2 homes in one place (1 upstairs & 1 downstairs), families can live close, but not really together.

Total cost: 106,134 – Fully Furnished
Total cost: 52,051 – Unfurnished
Each home has: 2x Bedrooms, 2x Bathrooms, Kitchen, Dining, Lounge, Chess and Easel.
One has a BBQ. Both have access to the Swing.

Each with Solar Panel on the Roof (which will give you a refund instead of having to pay bills).
