These are recolours of the *Plastic City NodePod* which I think is from the Base Game.
Please check in-game to make sure you have it.
For recolours to show up in your game you need to install CEP (Color Enable Package) which you can get from Mod The Sims
Recolours are created using the SimPE Wizard
